The only single belt setup I'd consider would be a serpentine. Those belts have enough traction on the pulleys that they can operate all the accessories in a single plane, and with idlers and a spring tensioner, the accessories can be bracketed to both sides of the engine. Since stovebolts went out of production long before serpentine belts came into use, the brackets will all be custom fabrication items.
