Cool truck Spanky! That V12 will pass anything but a gas station...lol. With only 8k miles it's just now broke in! And like Don said, learning where to put the gear shift lever when tilting the cab is a learning curve. Also, don't forget to remove items from the package shelf so they don't fall into the windshield and break it when tilting...

My 1970 Chevy 'Fire Engine' Tilt Cab had a 427 V8 with 5+2 and Air Brakes while the 1970 Chevy 'Utility Company Line Truck' Tilt Cab had the GMC 478 V6 with 5 + 2 and Hydraulic Brakes. Both trucks had 250 HP and 420 ft lb of torque with max speed of about 52 mph. The GMC ran like a diesel making tons of HP and torque at about 1600 rpm.
