Yes, that is the Bendix type that I have, mine is about 14" - 16" in total length and I have no problems with braking on my 2 ton with six wheel cylinders. The 2.5 ton trucks used a larger diameter but same design, I think the vacuum can on those is 9" diameter. I don't know if the hydraulic cylinder is larger for the bigger trucks.
