I've found the switching time is .65ms for the one I have and the others produced at that time are from .15 to .4. However another model is also rated at .65 so guess that is not the major factor. I've made up my mind to get a newer one anyway. Some of them are rated by the minimum amps you are going to use. Not sure what my min amps will be. I have a lot of research to do yet.
