Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2014 Posts: 4,476 Moderator, Electrical Bay | | Moderator, Electrical Bay Joined: Mar 2014 Posts: 4,476 | I always figured it was because when the pressure plate was completely disengaged, the disc at that point being free moved and rattled around in there also and shook the input shaft around as it did. Nothing to hold the tip of the input shaft and some of them have a notable amount of play.
