I am trying to correct the hood to fender gaps on a 47 Chevy 3/4t.Currently I have replaced the core support with the Bitchin Sheetmetal product and I have it shimmed up in the front 1" lowering it makes the gaps larger in the front. I've got the back of the fenders as high as they can go. I originally thought I had the wrong core support but it fit about the same as this one. Out of ideas, any help would be much appreciated.
