I think so, but it would be worth a phone call or a "message to seller" on Ebay before ordering the kit. Anytime a truck works for a living, "heavy duty" parts are usually a good thing.

I don't know what Novak charges for that 12" bellhousing, but here's a "reman" on an Ebay auction that looks brand new. It's aluminum, so a rear transmission support would be needed to use it safely. Hanging something as heavy as a SM 420 off anything other than a cast iron housing is a little risky.
