The ram assembly looks very similar to a Hercules model, but as 3B stated, the logo does look like IHC.

In actuality, I seriously doubt that you will ever find replacement parts. Most of the ram and actuator shafts use a more ubiquitous type of rope seal very similar to the packing of old time house plumbing faucets. When I resealed my 1941 Hercules ram, I sourced 2 different diameters of Teflon packing from McMaster Carr.
