Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,756 Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) | | Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,756 | Cut a couple of pieces of 1/2" copper tubing about 3" long, flatten about 1" of one end, and bolt them to a piece of plastic or Teflon around 1/4" thick. Attach the Teflon to the generator housing with a couple of big sheet metal screws. Use the tubing as a connector for the booster clamps and wire the flattened area where the tubing bolts to the plastic to the battery terminals with #8 wire and soldered ring connectors. Jerry
