Gotta have a 700R4 rebuilt then swap it into my 81 so I can drive it down...otherwise I'll trailer the 47 again. Looking forward to it. Mark
At first I strongly considered putting a T5 behind the 235 in my ‘53. But lately I have been considering a 700R4. Langdon makes an adapter for them, but they are pricey. I need to do something soon. The old SM420 is in dire need of a rebuild. The gears are getting worn and the bearings are getting louder. Do you know anyone who has put the 700R4 behind a 235? Just curious how they like it, and what rear end and gear ratio they used.
