Friends who have converted their doors have told me (1) it was difficult and (2) they didn't like it once everything was finished. They liked the look of the single glass pane, but they had more wind noise around the glass and they had constant rattles. Possibly it was due to their work, but these were guys who normally didn't make mistakes. Good luck.
