Pre '68 Dave 'Bolter P Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 Snohomish,WA,USA	I would say that 75% of the time when someone says there main seal is lealing it is the valve cover leaking. Oil will run down the back of the engine into the flywheel cover which makes it look like a main seal leak. See the USA in your vintage Chevrolet! My Blog
