I put a multi meter on my truck battery and on my honda, both show 13. I had to jump the truck last week but it started right up and I used the truck (shut off and on) the rest of the day. Today with the honda running and charging for a half hour all I get is sight turn on starter, and nothing when not charging. The battery is three years old . 1955.1 3600. I'm going back outside to clean the cables and grounds but they look clean already. Thanks for the help.
