If I am not mistaken I read some were the 1954 235 with powerglide transmission had the inserts only on them or am I wrong. The engine I am looking has a four speed transmission on it also with the shifter on the top of the transmission most likely from a truck. What letter or number of the serial number does it show it is a manual transmission?????????
