The circled area is the metal brace that starts at the rivets circled and follows the crown of the fender underneath and is bolted on the other end to one of the bolts that hold the fender to the box. REAR FENDER SUPPORT RODis attached to the inner corner of the fender lip and goes almost straight to the frame, attach with another bolt.
