An easier approach would be to get 52-54 doors with pushbutton handles and install the correct latch strickers on the door pillar to match the different latches.. I found a post from another forum in a search earlier - https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=708027It doesn't appear that swapping the strikers is a trivial exercise
