2 or 3 years ago I posted instructions on rebuilding the sliding tracks of the seat. Those instructions won't be in tech tips, but probably in this section. The work isn't too difficult, but there are some tricks to reassembling. If you will disassemble, clean and restore those sliding tracks, your seat will work like it did when the truck was new...and when new the seat worked smoothly and with ease. When those tracks get rusty and dirty the seat almost won't work at all. Good luck!
