I see that Jim Carter's has the original blue color of my truck (yep, I found a spot that probably never saw the light of day). Carter carries Acrylic Enamel. I don't know much about this paint. There is no description about the paint; i.e., water based, thinner or hardener required, etc.
Can it be cut and buffed? I'm pretty much an amateur painter (rattle cans). I have a regular siphon type gun (recommended psi?).
Is it a long lasting paint, or prone to chipping or cracking, or is the urethanes better?
