I’m not home to take a picture, but in the attached photo you can see the corner of a self stick foil faced Eastwood XMat I used. I didn’t do any prep work so unfortunately most of it didn’t stick for long. Luckily, the hood crossbraces have kept it off the engine. I do think it reduced noice inside cab while it stuck. Not sure why though.
