Yesterday it was about 30 Deg. F and the choke knob was flush with the dashboard when she popped right off.

She dosent like to idle when she's cold, unless you either give her a little gas or pull the choke out about half way till she warms up a bit.

She idles really low.. so low, in fact, that the Charge/Discharge meter usually sits just below middle way during idle. With a slight increase in RPM, the gauge goes up to where it outta be.

Theres a lever next to the choke lever that acts like a throttle.. when it's pulled out all the way, its the same as having your foot lightly on the gas pedal, so once she's running, I just pull that lever out and let her warm up.


an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.
