"Froze tight"- - - - -like in "won't turn right/left" or "can't be pressed out for a kingpin and bushing change"? A rosebud torch will get a rust-frozen spindle moving right/left after disconnecting the tie rod and using a long piece of pipe as a lever over the spindle. Once you get it freed up, then change the kingpins and bushings. A 3600 does not have the right spindle or hub to accomodate the wheel offset you need to match the rear wheels of a 3800 if it's equipped with dual rear wheels.

I just fixed a Massey-Ferguson 135 tractor with a rusted spindle that wouldn't turn right/left. It took two days of soaking with penetrating oil and heating with a torch to get it freed up.
