Does any of you know the differance in the '55-'59 set vs the '61? I have talked with 3 different companies and they can not tell me, nor do they have the '61 in stock. The front bolt with grease zert is all over, but the rear has a mount in the frame and the leaf. Both use a bolt with threads in the middle and the a tapper to more threads on the ends. The sleeve in the leaf and frame both have a coil for the threads? The pic for the '55-'59 look to be the same with the only thing different that I can see, is the two shackles have a square hole for a carriage bolt? I ordered a set and figured crossed the parts can me used or modified to work? I spoke to General Spring and asked if they could make a different bushing for the rear to accommodate the bolt from the front, he said yes. Is that what you guys would do if the parts coming will not fit? Why is this there not a conversion kit out there for these?
