From the image you posted it looks ok. You should install so that the bi-metal spring engages the tang you see there and then turn until the little line on the cover lines up with 1 mark to the rich side and tighten the three screws holding the cover. If you do that, the fast idle linkage should be ok. I will tell you I've noticed if the accelerator rod spring is too stiff, sometimes the fast idle mechanism on the YF won't work as it should, however.
