Were you planning to fill that hole in your life with something else? A golf cart resto? Riding lawn mower project? Anything to turn a wrench on??
Right now I'm focused on keeping my wife alive and getting rid of some of the junk in our lives. It was time to sell the truck. I only drove it occasionally. The new owner is going to enjoy it immensely, so that gives me some solace.
My next project is cleaning out the garage, then getting rid of the popcorn ceiling!, tearing out the sauna and the old, cheapo cabinets that the previous owner built, getting the floor done, and then setting up storage and getting the garage organized. Then, our car will be parked in there, safe from the ravages of hail in Texas.
I probably won't buy another truck ever. But you never know.
