I think I now get the picture of what you are trying to do. But I'm still confused what your are having machined. An 11/16-16 flange nut is a common lug bolt. It is Dorman 611-043. Is it that the flange won't fit in the hole of the adapter. If that is the case cutting a little off of the flange won't hurt anything. You will be removing the 33 mm flange nuts if you remove the wheels so you can put Loctite on the threads of the 11/16-16 nuts. Google Dorman 611-043 and you will find quite a few vendors who have them on hand. Did you buy the adapters as a stock item or were they custom made. I run 445/50R225 but I don't know that I would care for them on a bob tail. However these things would work for duals as well as singles.
