I have a couple of pinstriped wheels. I'll try and remember to post a picture of them tomorrow.
According to the GM Vehicle Info kits, black trucks would get a silver pinstripe, but I don't know if that would apply for black wheels. The pinstripe colors are shown on page 87 of
the 53 Vehicle Info Kit. I have a couple period pics of original 3-window work trucks that were Omaha Orange with black wheels, and no visible evidence of pinstripes on the black wheels (although they're kinda dirty). I think only the deluxe trim trucks got a pinstripe.
