hello everyone, have a 1952 gmc . new motor rebuilt carb and new gas tank ans all accesaries like gen and fuel pump. first year ran fine drove a total 500 miles this year it quit in town tank said half fuel but inline gas filter was empty. so got some gas and she drove home. filled it up. two weeks later start it in garage to leave it quites . same thing. took fuel pump off bought new oneagain and she runs. next day got 100 feet from drive way it quit fuel filter empty.has anyone ever had a lable or something that maybe in the fuel tank and now coming apart. the tank is fuel. im thinking of draining it now and remove new tank. any suggestions would be appreciated
