| | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 95 Member | | Member Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 95 | I put a 292 out of a 70 chevy 2 ton along with the transmission into a 6100 with the two speed rear end. Every thing worked out great. the top speed is about 75 with carb and header mods. It will haul anything. My uncles used to haul stone and gravel out of the quarries in Okla. and preferred the 292 to any other gas engine. | | |
