| | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 360 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 360 | Trying to line up a trans for my 46 project. Staying with a torque tube rear. But a few questions. Is there a dual master cylinder that bolts into the factory position on a 41-46 trans? If no then that opens up more possibilities for a donor trans and I will fab a mc bracket. Of all the possible trans options (40s/50s) , are all 4 speeds granny geared? My plan was/is an “original”-ish trans and a rear gear 3.55 conversion. Lots of 55+mph driving in my area.
