You didn't say if you have the original or reproduction electrical wiper motor.

The original has to be adjusted on the bench (removed from truck).
There is an inside park setting screw to adjust.
Let me know if you need this procedure.

Attached is info on a reproduction electrical wiper motor (may not be exactly like yours).
This information should have been included with the other documentation in your kit.
I don't have this motor so I'm sorry I can't recommend an angle and park setting.
I would suggest you contact the business you purchased from and get better information.
