You can use a HF purple paint gun if you open the tip up a bit for your epoxy primer. The price is $10-$15. Works good. If something goes wrong, just toss it and get a new one.

I have an old jet, spray gun for the finish so I can’t say much about new ones, but I use PPG. ALK -201 (with hardener). It’s an industrial single stage enamel and flows out great, easy to sand, buffs out well…. About $80 a gallon. And if you screw something up, just get you fine bristle paint brush out and paint it, then wet sand then polish…. It works great…. By the way, I believe that’s the type of paint the main parts suppliers sell you…. You can mix any color…
