Those 235/65R16's are the stock size for my 99 F250. I would say they're WAY TOO BIG for a '41 with armstrong power steering. If they're on stock width rims on the '41, then they're out of spec for the rim width. The recommended rim width for the 235's is 7" versus 4" width for stock '41 rims.
