Another plug that runs a bit hotter and works well is Champion RJ18YC6. You can find those on eBay that are New Old Stock for usually 8 for $10 to $12 (incl shipping) and the older ones were made in the USA. If you're using Tom Langdon's mini-hei distributor, this is the plug he suggests using and I've had good luck with them, too.
