Trying to get my gas gauge in my 49 chevy working. It was converted to 12v negative ground. it appears that a runtz was installed, I have 12v going in but nothing coming out, bad runtz I believe. I bought a resistor from classic. I think this would take the place of the runtz on the power post. I'm I correct? Does anyone have a wire schematic for the resistor? Does anyone have a photo of the resistor wired in?
