Some sort of clamp thingy. The L shaped piece and the straight piece clip together in either of 2 or 4 spots, and the all thread clamps the other end together around something.

The original owner sure had a thing for light bulbs. Must have been a Boy Scout (Be Prepared) in younger days. wink
