Well, I took an original 1939 panel from a VB truck and used that to build the floor on the other VC truck... What model is your 39? I have never seen different size panels on big trucks... I should clarify that the panel I purchased was listed as a 36-38 panel for Chevy or GMC-4 Speed. The 4 speed transmission was the determining factor here, another rarity with smaller trucks... Also note that the cutout for the brake master cylinder is not there...
