I have a 54 chevy 235 in my truck and it makes an intermittent ooga sound (for lack of a better way to discribe it) coming from the front of the head. I replaced the water pump and now it doesn't start making the noise until I rev up the motor a little bit. To get it to stop I can turn the truck off which resets it or it will go off-and-on by itself while driving. The sound does not change when revving engine, does not get louder or quieter.
