Same actually I just ordered a modern one off of amazon. It was cheaper less than 20. And I didn’t have to search or pull it and it’s was not rusted.
Welded it to rear cross member. Got a jack/tire iron/extensions kit from junk Yard for 5 bucks to raise and lower. It’s was a basic gm truck 2010ish or current one.
Put the access point Thru bumper/bed. Behind license plate.
