I believe the bellhousing with the pedal mounts are the same for all of the deco style trucks that used the non-syncro 4 speed. The frame mount portion "legs" on the one in my image are unique to 1941-45 military trucks, but they unbolt from the bellhousing. I am not sure on the bellhousing casting number, will have to dig into my parts manual. The image I sent is from a while ago and the parts are now assembled. Yes the bellhousing that fits the SM420 transmission is different in several ways.
