A day later bathed in fuel, what a mess i found, the ute is running now on a boat fuel tank whilst i work out what to do, here are two photos
1 Inside of the tank.
2 Some of the gunk we found, appears they used a sealer on the tank sender and access panel which reacted with the fuel.
