That "Donut" heater core from Jim Carter looks great. I paid over $300 to have my old one rebuilt and I do not even run my cooling system pressurized (0 psig). I remember obtaining the 12 VDC fan motor from Grainger which was a perfect fit. It works well and does not steam my windsheild.
