Hey Schuon, It did not fit - but it wasn't specifically for my truck year and model. I took a guess based on my dimensions. I did end up finding the parts on Ebay that 54 3600 posted above. A nice NOS bearing and rubber cushion. I made a quick video that goes over how I took it apart and reassembled. Drive shaft center bearing overview:
