Patrick M Did you know you can easily take the back off your water pump,press the hub back,cut the HARD shaft off (it's a bearing race) put your back on,you 've got it. use a cut=off wheel on the shaft. Found a sheave (pulley) at the swap meet 3724816 that is 7 1/8 inch that I think is close 2 inches deep, Have been watching for a sheave too. The trouble is may be too big in diameter ! maybe our number crunchers will tell what that part no. fits Also have another GM looking sheave that is smaller but no no. Have found that you push your hub back and stop just before it rubs on the pump body is close (thats with the 2 inch deep sheave I think ,been a while) I hate to spend 140$ just to get a sheave when I have a pile of those pumps.
