Today I found another 1950 1 ton here in Minnesota that was built in the same plant and the same month as my 1950 1 ton. The last four numbers at the end of the ID tags are only a difference of 282 trucks. So I would think that this truck and mine were probably built in the same week (just guessing). Did those numbers include all the different truck models or were they only for 1 tons? If it includes all models, then my 1 ton and the one I found today may have been built close to one another if you just count the 1 tons out of that group of 282 truck. This probably sounds confusing, but I thought it was kind of neat to find a vehicle built numerically so close to mine. Tom
