The best thing you can do to get your truck off the line is go to a fully adjustable 4 bar and wider rear tires. Power to weight is the answer too, keep it as light as possible and have as much horsepower as possible. Then keep adjusting the 4 bar until it launches right, it can be done. Keep it stock looking, driving a "sleeper" on the street is a bunch of fun, I've done it.
