When I was with the Sheriffs Dept. Me and a fellow deputy I was assigned the responsibility of putting all the vinyl transfers on the new units. That was years ago. I believe that we used a few drops of dish soap in a spray bottle then filled with water. This allowed me to center and move the transfers then squeegee the bubbles out. On my 54 is this still the same method? Doc.
