| | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 19 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 19 | after close inspection due to the way the motor mounts are designed , it appears the motor sets straight down on them and you can't remove the motor mount attachments from the motor without actually pulling the the motor due to the custom boxed motor mount frame connection, previous owner did this in the 80s and he did very good quality work so I am not messing with the frame mount supports .
this means out pulling the transmission appears the optimal way to do it. | | |
