I'm not worried about it ripping at highway speeds right now. So far
I've managed to get it up to about 30 mph. Hopefully some day
I'll get it up to speed so I'll consider your advice.
Just some follow up on my posting a while back about the hub cap clips
riveted to the wheels. I've been advised that the rivets they used for the
cutters on old hay mowers are almost the perfect size and are made to
be hammered on cold.
