I've seen a product called Unicoil that you slip over the hose where you want the bend. I'll probably start searching for a connector with an angle that will fit. I've seen a YouTube with someone attempting to bend one by hovering it over a candle but I think it would wreck the integrity of the hose. The end result didn't look that great.
