Are you asking about the older Vortec or the LS. The Vortec was a Gen 3 SBC built until 97 or 98 and was replaced with the LS. The mounting points on a Vortec are the same as a Gen 1 SBC other than the fuel pump mount. The LT1 version has a front mounted distributor behind the harmonic balancer. Most of these later blocks used serpentine drive belts and aluminum front mounts for the accessories.

I would suggest you look at March Performance or Alan Grove Components, both offer brackets and pulleys as kit or will build to suit. Alan grove offers a lot of unique brackets for low mounted accessories.
